Welcome to La Crêperie d'Audrey, where the heart of Aurora meets your plate! Founded by David Lewis, a passionate culinary artist with deep roots in the art of crêpe-making, our crêperiebrings the rich flavors and traditions of France right in your neighborhood.
Our Story
La Crêperie d'Audrey, named for his daughter, was born out of a love for authentic French cuisine and a desire to share the joy of crêpes with the world. David learned the delicate craft ofcrêpe-making from his time in Las Vegas, which instilled in him the importance of using fresh, high-quality ingredients. During his years building Miette et Chocolat, he honed his skills, explored various flavors, and opened his own crêperie, where every dish tells a story.
